Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and operate large-scale data systems, processing terabytes or petabytes of data with technologies like Spark, Flink, Trino/Presto, and data lakehouse formats like Iceberg or Hudi.
•Develop core data foundations to handle data at scale with low latency, including real-time eventing infrastructure and ETL pipelines.
•Own systems for interactive OLAP querying, orchestration, and experimentation to keep data trustworthy and readily available.
•Build the memory and personalization stack, including long-term agent memory and reusable CDP primitives to improve personalization.
•Collaborate across product and platform teams to deliver data products and ML-powered features with strong API design and performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 390,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4-7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
•Strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals in Go, Scala, or Python.
•Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale data systems with Spark, Flink, Trino/Presto, and data lakehouse formats like Iceberg or Hudi.
•Experience implementing data governance, lineage, and testing; building cost-aware, highly operable platforms.
•Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
