Systems Engineer

Support the sales organization as the primary technical resource across pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales in a defined territory. Qualify technical leads, educate customers on features and integrations, and provide networking/application solutions. After purchase, serve as lead technical contact for identified accounts—partnering with support and engineering to resolve issues and deliver post-sales customer training.
