  • •Own and execute the vision and strategy for a key product area within Money Flows, defining the why/what/how.
  • •Manage the product backlog and drive delivery through the full development cycle against defined success metrics.
  • •Translate regulatory changes or rulebooks into actual Money Flows outcomes and requirements.
  • •Present market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats within your product domain.
  • •Gather client feedback, convert needs into clear requirements, and communicate feature updates, decisions, and trade-offs to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accenture or Big4, working on financial services or payments transformation projects.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in fintech or banking in the payment chain, or
  • •Minimum 2 years in product for a fintech successfully launching and scaling complex, regulated financial products.
  • •Deep domain expertise in payments and money movement networks and schemes, including SWIFT, SEPA, or FPS APIs implementation.
  • •Comfort with product architecture and the ability to explain technical constraints impacting product development.
