Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end life cycle of all RBG (Retail Banking Group) digital transformation projects and initiatives.
•Manage medium-sized teams of projects management / Digital Transformation / MI & QC and ensure governance structures are established and aligned with regulatory requirements.
•Oversee project performance, risk management and proactive issue identification to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
•Ensure feedback from end users and stakeholders is incorporated in digital solutions delivery and that ROI targets are achieved.
•Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and escalate/resolved any blockers to expedite delivery timelines.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 12 years’ experience in leading digital transformations and Project management in the financial industry; Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, computer science or a related field; Strong knowledge of digital technologies, trends and best practices; Track record of leading and delivering results in fast paced, dynamic environments, particularly in project management; Strong ability to analyze data, performance metrics and identify opportunities.
