Support Insomniac’s Back of House team for the Vans Warped Tour in Long Beach. Assist the Back of House Manager and Project Manager with developing, organizing, and executing festival area operations, compiling advance documents, and coordinating vendor needs. Help communicate production requirements to contributing teams, prepare advance credential materials, and support documentation for multiple festival areas. This is an on-site, non-remote role.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Project Manager in developing, organizing, and executing festival area operations.
•Compile advance documents for multiple festival areas and support ongoing document organization.
•Serve as a vendor liaison for related production areas and communicate production needs to teams.
•Facilitate advance credential materials for vendors and staff involved in the projects.
•Assist in organizing advance documents, including materials related to the executive producer branch.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.5 - 20 hourly
