Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead data annotation projects end to end across multiple projects, ensuring performance targets and SLAs are met.
  • •Act as the primary interface for internal requestors by translating needs into labeling requirements and developing delivery plans.
  • •Drive delivery governance and cross-functional collaboration through operating rhythms, execution reviews, and escalation frameworks.
  • •Monitor performance using dashboards, detect anomalies, and conduct data and root cause analysis to maintain quality and efficiency.
