Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next within inspection centers.
  • •Take photos of vehicles so customers can view them in Carvana spinners.
  • •Inspect interior and exterior of vehicles and accurately identify imperfections/defects.
  • •Follow scheduling needs, including mandatory overtime based on business demand.

Key Requirements

  • •Be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.

  • •Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use required safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, protective garments).
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English; hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
