  • •Manage demanding transformation and change projects with a focus on functional excellence.
  • •Actively develop the organization’s consulting offering in the area of Organizational Performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent university degree or international business school degree.
  • •At least 3 years’ experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or organizational development, with experience designing organizational structures and functional strategies (e.g., HR, Finance, IT).
  • •Proven experience developing and applying quantitative models for organizational analysis (e.g., overhead benchmarking, target operating model design).
  • •High level of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • •Very good German and English skills, with strong interest in AI-based solutions and the ability to apply new technologies and data expertise to complex topics.
