Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site supervision of workmanship and progress and support contract administration.
  • •Assist in supervision of contract works, including routine inspections, material checks, and checking setting out and leveling by contractors.
  • •Assist in supervision of mixing, placing, and curing of concrete.
  • •Monitor site resources and daily activities and record labour, materials, and plant delivered for site records.
  • •Witness all site tests and support documentation of works, measurements, and defects.

Key Requirements

  • •A Certificate in Construction or Building Studies from a Hong Kong polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or a technical institute/technical college (or equivalent).
  • •At least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience.
  • •Meet Chinese Language and English Language proficiency requirements (HKCEE/HKDSEE Level 2 or above) or equivalent.
  • •Hold the Certificate of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
  • •Be able to work on a contract basis.
