Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with senior executives, HRBPs, and HR partner groups to provide thought leadership and drive an HR strategy aligned to organizational needs.
  • •Manage delivery and acceptance of core HR processes across client areas, including associate satisfaction, performance management, staffing, leadership development, and change management.
  • •Define and lead talent strategy, including strategic workforce planning and succession planning, for embedded business leadership teams.
  • •Lead recruiting and retention strategies (including talent competition marketplace assessments) and develop remediation strategies for human capital risks.
  • •Provide executive coaching and lead enterprise-wide HR project work to create and share systemic solutions to HR challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA or Master’s Degree or PGDM (Full-time).
  • •At least 15 years of client-facing experience (or at least 15 years of consulting experience, or a combination).
  • •At least 15 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • •Preferred: Professional Human Resources certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification.
  • •Preferred: 7+ years of people management experience.
