Key Responsibilities

•Provide subject matter technical leadership for due diligence, investigation, remediation, and construction of building/infrastructure projects.
•Lead design, planning, and construction activities for load-bearing structures, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
•Mentor mid-level to senior staff, oversee QA/QC, and coordinate with sub-consultants, owners, and clients.
•Develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates, and manage project budgets and schedules.
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement advanced technologies and future-ready solutions while maintaining industry-standard practices and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or closely related discipline.
•10+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering discipline and prior structural or civil design experience.
•Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
•Highly proficient with structural engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, and the application to project work-related issues.
•Proficiency with technical writing and discipline-specific design software (i.e., MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, InRoads, Geopak, GeoSlope, ANSYS, STADD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS).
