Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently lead and establish the station location, collaborating with central departments to oversee day-to-day on-site operations.
  • •Implement and improve existing standards and processes, coordinating vehicle returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation.
  • •Maintain constant communication with international station teams to drive ongoing improvements.
  • •Motivate and lead the on-site team, including onboarding, task planning, and quality control.
