Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with apartment setups for newly arriving clients, including preparing apartments and setting up basic household items.
  • •Provide transportation and support for clients attending appointments, completing errands, and accessing community resources.
  • •Assist with client move-ins and ensure apartments are ready for arrival.
  • •Complete administrative tasks related to client services, including organizing documents, preparing supplies, and updating records.
  • •Communicate regularly with PIR staff about client needs, appointments, and follow-up tasks, and support the team with day-to-day needs and special projects.

Salary: USD 20 - 22 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (or related) or an equivalent combination of 1–2 years of relevant office or social service experience.
  • •1–2 years of relevant experience providing direct client services or working in a social service setting.
  • •Valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle and ability to pass MVR standards.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and use electronic case management systems.
  • •Previous experience working with refugees, immigrants, or other diverse populations, plus strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
