Job Summary

Design, implement, and support enterprise workload automation solutions using Control-M across hybrid environments. Own end-to-end delivery including architecture alignment, migration execution, automation build-out, and post–go-live stabilization. Configure Control-M components, develop Jobs-as-Code Automation API workflows, and build Python/Shell scripts for bulk conversions. Integrate with enterprise apps and data platforms, troubleshoot scheduling/agent/infrastructure issues, and contribute to resilient HA/DR workload strategies while partnering with customer stakeholders and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement end-to-end Control-M workload automation solutions, including job flows, dependencies, calendars, and SLA management.
•Configure, administer, and maintain Control-M components across enterprise environments.
•Develop migration frameworks, validation strategies, and reusable conversion assets for large-scale migrations.
•Build and manage Automation API workflows using JSON-based Jobs-as-Code for scalable, version-controlled deployments.
•Troubleshoot complex scheduling, agent, and infrastructure issues with detailed RCA and proactive fixes; support HA/DR and resilient workload strategies.

Salary: INR 2,549,100 - 4,248,500 annually

Key Requirements

•8–12 years of hands-on experience delivering Control-M enterprise workload automation in customer-facing consulting or production support environments.
•Expertise in Control-M job scheduling including dependencies, calendars, and SLA management.
•Expert administration of Control-M components (Enterprise Manager, Server, Agents, and SaaS environments) including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
•Experience executing migrations end-to-end: conversion, validation, and cutover, with reusable frameworks and conversion assets.
•Strong troubleshooting and scripting skills, including RCA, log analysis, and automation via Python/Shell; familiarity with Automation API/JSON-based jobs and basic REST integration.
