Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure Wholesale Credit Risk is compliant with data management principles and other regulations.
  • •Perform data governance activities across functions, including trusted source framework implementation and tracking upstream/downstream business data elements.
  • •Review data lineage annually for alignment with Functional Instruction Manual policies and obtain sign-off from regional stakeholders.
  • •Work with the data policy team to ensure compliance with the Functional Instruction Manual framework, including gathering and documenting evidence annually.
  • •Collaborate with Data Lead on Data Controls Impact Assessment and partner with data/analytics, data governance, data architecture, and data quality teams to implement Data Usage Control framework and Basel required scoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters in engineering or business management.
  • •Minimum 8–10 years of experience focused on financial services and risk tools relating to data management.
  • •Proven track record of establishing a high-performance, efficient data and information management unit.
  • •Experience driving large-scale change and transformation programs.
  • •Strong track record of managing and leading teams; ability to drive consulting-style practices and program/project management.
