Intelligent Services Account Engineer

Analyze building and energy data to identify actionable outcomes for connected service customers, and create consultative documentation. Lead quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings, optimize building operations using energy conservation measures, and ensure digital services contract obligations are met within safety standards. Gather and validate facility information through walkthroughs and plan reviews, collaborate with account managers and field technicians to support sales growth, and coordinate work scheduling with the service team.
