Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of sanctions screening activities, including OFAC and information-sharing alerts
  • •Ensure alerts are reviewed, resolved, and documented in line with regulatory and internal standards
  • •Serve as the escalation point for potential true matches, complex cases, and judgment calls with Compliance/Legal and business stakeholders
  • •Maintain quality, consistency, and timeliness through coaching, peer review, and continuous improvement
  • •Monitor regulatory changes and help drive improved sanctions program processes through working groups and business partnerships

Key Requirements

  • •Deep knowledge of OFAC, UN, and EU sanctions regulations
  • •Excellent analytical skills and time management
  • •Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • •5+ years experience in sanctions screening and review
  • •Strong sense of urgency, accuracy, and accountability for time-sensitive needs
