Job Summary

Dynamic AI Solutions Architect at Thales to extend AI-based offering and project management tools across global entities. Key Responsibilities

•Identify, evaluate and prepare integration of AI agent-based solutions into the Offers & Projects processes, working with business and IS/IT teams to capture needs, conduct POCs, and ensure alignment with the existing tool ecosystem.
•Analyze market-offered and open-source AI solutions for suitability, security, compliance, and scalability, and recommend fit-for-purpose options.
•Propose tool rationalization and interoperability within the existing SI/IT ecosystem, articulating choices and impact on tools and processes.
•Lead POC design, execution and measurement of AI assistants/agents in collaboration with business units, IS/IT and vendors, ensuring technical and functional relevance.
•Prepare change management activities, create guidelines and best practices, and report progress to the Digital Transformation Director.

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
•3-8 years of experience applying AI/machine learning in business settings
•Strong understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, NLP, agents, RPA) and data management (data lake, quality, single source of truth)
•Experience with SI architectures, APIs, and on-premises integrations; ability to run POCs from design to deployment
•Proficient in English; ability to work in an international environment with cross-functional teams
