Frontline, top-of-funnel sales role focused on outbound prospecting for Talent Data Solutions in EMEA. Key Responsibilities

•Conduct research on markets, companies and stakeholders to uncover opportunities in collaboration with Vertical Leaders and the Sales team.
•Identify and connect with the right business contacts and decision makers through outbound activity via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels, with a focus on cold outreach and appointment setting.
•Qualify and nurture inbound interest generated by outbound activities and marketing campaigns.
•Respond promptly to prospect inquiries and information requests and maintain CRM records to improve outreach.
•Hand over well-qualified opportunities to the Sales team and help build a strong future pipeline.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field preferred.
•Fluency in English is required; additional European language skills are a plus.
•Relevant work experience in sales, business development, recruitment, customer service or client-facing role.
•Strong commercial drive and hunter mentality; persistence and preparation are essential.
•Ability to research markets, identify opportunities, and build targeted lead lists.
