Job Summary

Lead delivery of digital web projects for Spares, MRO & Training within Airbus Helicopters’ Digital Campus. Own code quality, security, and stability across customer-facing ordering, training, and maintenance center applications. Define technical strategies and web architectures, mentor (largely outsourced) developers, evaluate new technologies, and drive end-to-end release and production incident resolution. Partner with product owners and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and estimate implementation cost.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the web development team (mainly outsourced), establishing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
•Lead system/web architecture and design for scalability, performance, and security across the web applications.
•Guarantee code quality by enforcing SDLC best practices, coding standards, overseeing code reviews, and managing technical debt.
•Drive end-to-end release and act as a technical gatekeeper, including troubleshooting production incidents and hotfixes.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience delivering web development solutions in a production environment.

•Ability to design scalable, secure web architectures and understand APIs, microservices/service-oriented architecture, and security (OWASP/authentication).
