Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and estimate implementation cost.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the web development team (mainly outsourced), establishing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
  • •Lead system/web architecture and design for scalability, performance, and security across the web applications.
  • •Guarantee code quality by enforcing SDLC best practices, coding standards, overseeing code reviews, and managing technical debt.
  • •Drive end-to-end release and act as a technical gatekeeper, including troubleshooting production incidents and hotfixes.

Key Requirements
