Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate strategic and operational planning, implementation, and execution so management is informed of goals, objectives, strategies, priorities, and deliverables.
  • •Coordinate, execute, and document progress toward business goals, strategic initiatives, and action plan results.
  • •Develop and coordinate executive communications, messaging, presentations, and briefing materials with Chiefs of Staff and leadership.
  • •Support leadership through research, analysis, and interpretation of internal and external business data to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • •Manage and coordinate strategic initiatives, programs, projects, executive events, and special assignments, including tracking and timely submission of executive and leadership deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of additional related experience beyond the minimum required.
  • •8 years of experience in executive operational planning, Chief of Staff support, program/project management, business operations, strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, executive communications, or change management.
  • •Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines and deliver high-quality results.
