Job Summary

Own customer success from a technology standpoint by managing Applied Materials’ installed base and driving application performance to improve customer satisfaction and reduce business risks. Define and implement process and application requirements, manage process roadmaps, and keep technology strategies current. Lead evaluations for new systems and support installation and qualification, ensuring best-known performance. Train local support resources and execute continuous improvement plans for assigned technology areas.

•Drive business success by managing installed base and new products, improving application performance to increase customer satisfaction and identify business risks.
•Define and implement processes and applications to meet customer requirements for productivity and leading-edge technology.
•Manage process roadmaps at customer sites and present technology and product roadmaps internally and externally.
•Lead continuous improvement for assigned installed base, ensuring optimization of tool utilization and building local capability.
•Own system evaluations, support installation and warranty, train support resources, and execute process qualification for new processes and technologies.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 124,000 - 171,000

•Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus with internal and external stakeholders.
