•Design and implement resilience initiatives such as redundancy, failover, disaster recovery, and data protection.
•Write and manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and standardized infrastructure patterns across AWS accounts.
•Build and improve observability (logging, metrics, distributed tracing, alert design) and dashboards to support faster detection and resolution.
•Optimize AWS cost through architectural and resource-utilization improvements while balancing cost, performance, and reliability.
•Participate in on-call, debug production incidents, conduct postmortems, and develop operational procedures and runbooks while mentoring engineers.

•Terraform (or equivalent) infrastructure-as-code experience.
•Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes or similar), with debugging experience on Linux and Windows and solid system design thinking.
