  • •Ensure production objectives are met within approved budget, schedules, and quality specifications.
  • •Develop improvements in production methods, standards, and procedures; implement Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) tools.
  • •Deploy MESH initiatives to support a Zero Incident Culture and foster a high-performing work team culture.
  • •Manage performance of multi-product line manufacturing operations across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity.
  • •Lead and oversee Manufacturing Engineering, Cost Out projects, and Capital project planning, approval, and execution aligned with business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • •5+ years of experience managing people and/or project teams
  • •3+ years of cross-functional experience with scheduling, engineering and customer service functions
  • •Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • •Experience and/or certification aligned with continuous improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
