Junior Workshop Technician

Repair and diagnose Dyson appliances in the workshop, validating fixes according to brand standards while meeting repair-time targets. Support the full repair workflow, verify and manage parts and scrap processes, and improve first-time repair rates. Use tools and technical documentation to repair electronic and electromechanical equipment, manage repair orders in Salesforce with SLA compliance, and provide quality feedback to the workshop coordinator.
