Key Responsibilities

•Drive the I2V strategy and own the value creation portfolio across the transport product portfolio, ensuring prioritisation and delivery of high-value projects.
•Lead ideation, scouting of new ideas/technologies, and portfolio reviews with leadership to evaluate performance, risks, and resource allocation.
•Coordinate cross-functionally between engineering, commercial, sourcing, and operations to ensure seamless handovers and governance.
•Ensure cost-down initiatives are grounded in Voice of Customer insights to protect customer value, performance, and differentiation.
•Maintain documentation and provide executive-level reporting on i2v status, risks, milestones, and financial impact while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulations.
