Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend the career fair and be directed to specific open requisitions that match your technical discipline.
  • •Engage with AECOM teams to explore opportunities across transportation, environmental, buildings & places, project/program management, and water engineering.
  • •Support project work aligned to your engineering background and education level.
  • •Be eligible and willing to travel to project site locations as required (including air travel).
  • •Complete required in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment.

Key Requirements

  • •Have or be working toward graduating with a BA/BS or MA/MS degree in an engineering science or construction management field.
  • •Interest and a technical background in one or more disciplines such as transportation (civil/structural/traffic/aviation) or transportation planning.
  • •Interest and a technical background in environmental fields such as civil or environmental engineering.
  • •Interest and a technical background in buildings and places engineering such as mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural engineering, or architecture.
  • •Preferred experience with BIM tools (Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks), GIS (ESRI ArcGIS), and/or project management tools (Bluebeam, Revu).
