Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather, reconcile, and track technical publication requirements across programs, contracts, standards, and customer deliverables.
  • •Track CDRL, DMRL, and other committed deliverable schedules and keep leadership current on what is due and what has changed.
  • •Build and maintain trackers, decision logs, action records, and status materials used by leadership and the Operations Manager.
  • •Draft quarterly business reports and prepare briefings, status summaries, planning materials, and decision documents for leadership.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional follow-through across Technical Publications, Mission Readiness, Engineering, Program Management, Training, ILS, Support, and Product.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in business operations, program coordination, operations support, project coordination, or a similar role in an environment with formal requirements or customer deliverables.
  • •Strong written communication and presentation skills, including preparing materials for senior leadership.
  • •Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail across multiple concurrent assignments.
  • •Ability to maintain accurate trackers and status records others can trust for decision-making.
