Operations Coordinator

Coordinate end-to-end shipment operations across GCC markets, overseeing dispatch, tracking, and delivery updates while collaborating with drivers, transporters, vendors, customers, and regional teams to meet SLAs. Support operational planning, load coordination, and transporter allocation to ensure service continuity. Monitor real-time shipment movement and resolve delays and exceptions, contributing to a scalable logistics operation from the India Centre of Excellence.
