Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze and track critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips; forecast and update milestones.
  • •Verify project governance, processes, and systems are utilized; ensure best practices are applied across projects.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other required reporting; independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs.
  • •Monitor progress of multiple construction projects and manage interfaces between suppliers via trackers and weekly reviews, including rapid RFIs response and local design team monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum 5–7+ years of relevant project management experience.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
  • •Effective presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools; excellent communication skills.
