Job Summary

Own two cross-functional corporate programs end-to-end: CORA (Change Oversight & Risk Assessment) and Planning (Executive QBRs, OKRs, and dependencies management). Conduct research to translate internal pain points into prioritized roadmaps, run planning cycles, maintain operating rhythms and enablement resources, and deliver scalable process and tooling improvements. Partner with IT, data, and engineering and represent CORA during audits and compliance exams.

•Own CORA and Planning end-to-end, translating process challenges into scalable solutions.
•Conduct research and analysis to identify internal customer pain points and build a prioritized roadmap.
•Drive Executive QBR planning cycles end-to-end, from company guidance to final outputs.
•Maintain CORA operating rhythms (weekly/monthly reporting) and represent CORA during audits and compliance exams.
•Maintain enablement resources and implement scalable solutions to systemic process and tooling challenges, partnering with IT/data/engineering as needed.

Salary: USD 166,345 - 195,700 annually

•6+ years in product operations or program management for software/product initiatives, owning cross-functional programs end-to-end.
•Turn ambiguous or conflicting inputs into clear, actionable plans and drive them to completion.
•Partner with technical teams and translate business requirements into tooling or process solutions.
•Proficiency in the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and experience leveraging AI to automate and accelerate workflows.
•Strong written and verbal communication to facilitate senior stakeholder dialogues and drive outcomes.
