Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor for cross-functional Order Management programs, using data- and process-driven insights to drive business outcomes. Own internal coordination across Order Management teams to align requirements, actions, and deliverables. Lead system testing (RIT/UAT) for tool and process changes, including planning, defect triage, and stabilization with IT. •Provide trusted advisory support to cross-functional Order Management programs using data or process-driven insights to achieve business outcomes.
•Coordinate with internal Order Management teams to align program requirements, process alignments, and program actions.
•Ensure time-sensitive program deliverables are executed and that clear decisions are made.
•Lead system testing (RIT/UAT) for Order Management tools/process changes, including test planning, defect triage, and stabilization with IT.
•Lead compliance and control activities (monitoring, training, auditing, corrective actions) and manage communications with internal stakeholders to prevent escalations and drive continuous improvement.

•Proven track record in large-scale digital transformation programs.
•Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with willingness to support international projects; PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus.
