UAEN - Senior Executive - Facilities Operations - Global Village

Lead daily facilities operations for Global Village to ensure seamless park functionality and an exceptional guest experience. Manage and monitor FM service providers to maintain SLA performance, compliance, and operational efficiency. Perform inspections of infrastructure and MEP systems, coordinate snagging and corrective maintenance, and support planned maintenance and seasonal readiness. Analyze operational data, ensure regulatory and HSE compliance, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external authorities to keep operations running smoothly.
