Key Responsibilities

•Manage, develop and grow a set of named partners to drive revenue for Cloud Software Group in Eastern Europe (Czech, Slovakia and Hungary).
•Manage selected set of partners in the entire geographic territory.
•Develop partners and strengthen relationships to drive commitment to Cloud Software Group products and solutions.
•Maximize partner revenue generation by managing recruitment, enablement, executive relationships, business planning, demand generation, and forecast accuracy.
•Drive new product adoption, partner demos, and learning paths while strengthening relationships to support CS G products and solutions.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Strong knowledge of sales techniques and processes, including understanding customer needs and closing deals (shrink wrap, licensing, etc.)
•Ability to differentiate Cloud Software Group from competitors and deliver value proposition
•Proven track record for supporting a partner network in account planning, pricing and closing deals, as well as direct customer engagement and closing including presentation and negotiation skills
•Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory (up to 50% travel)
•Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field
