Senior Network Architect/SME in Service Provider Backbone, Enterprise Level LAN/WAN, QoS and Traffic Engineering

Design, architect, and modernize the NIH network and TIC services for the NIH-CIT proposal, leveraging service-provider backbone expertise and enterprise-level LAN/WAN, QoS, and traffic engineering. Coordinate with a section manager to evaluate and test designs, lead transitions to Operations and Security teams, maintain technical architecture documentation, and drive troubleshooting, change management, and security-aligned architecture requirements.
