Job Summary

Drive BJAK’s finance super app expansion by aligning leadership, setting and running operating cadence, and turning strategy into measurable execution. Build OKRs and decision tracking, coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, partnerships, finance, and operations, and prepare board-ready materials and performance reviews. Proactively surface risks and dependencies, support leadership trade-offs, and lead special projects requiring senior judgment.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive strategic execution across finance super app priorities.
•Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.
•Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
•Prepare decision memos, board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
•Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early; support leadership trade-offs and own special cross-functional projects.

Key Requirements

•Experience driving strategic execution across teams in a senior operator role.
•Strong judgment and communication with excellent prioritization and follow-through.
•Ability to work with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, and senior external stakeholders.
•Capability to move from high-level strategy to detailed execution without losing quality.
•Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills; startup/consulting/fintech/regional expansion experience is a plus.
