Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain on-brand PowerPoint templates, master slides, and reusable assets for agency use.
  • •Craft high-impact pitch decks for new business opportunities by turning strategic narratives into persuasive presentations.
  • •Partner with new business, strategy, and creative leads to structure and position content so each story flows and persuades.
  • •Elevate raw content (data, copy, concepts) into polished, presentation-ready designs, often under tight deadlines.
  • •Develop infographics, charts, icons, and data visualizations, safeguard brand consistency, and advise teams on presentation best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including master slides, templates, animations, and transitions.
  • •Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for asset creation.
  • •A standout portfolio showing template design and high-stakes pitch/new business presentations.
  • •Excellent layout, typography, and data-visualisation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • •Experience building scalable, easy-to-use templates within brand guidelines, plus the ability to interpret and challenge briefs.
