Build trusted relationships with customers by engaging in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customers’ banking needs, gather account information, and recommend deposit and loan products aligned to individual goals. Provide an excellent client experience, process basic transactions, open consumer and business accounts, and complete service requests and credit applications. Proactively educate customers on digital and self-service tools, collaborating with branch teams to deliver operational accuracy and excellence.
