Asset Protection Manager

Lead theft prevention and loss management across Samsung-owned retail locations, with oversight of assets used by third-party labor teams and channel partners. Own loss-prevention KPI frameworks and dashboards, standardize cash and courier procedures, and manage surveillance operations including camera coverage and real-time monitoring. Drive and document investigations for internal/external theft and asset losses, coordinating with Operations, HR, and Legal while training store personnel to reduce risk and shrink.
