Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates and PwD communities.
  • •Identify customer-adoption opportunities and potential roles across sales functions to grow a diverse talent pool.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • •Assist in qualifying candidates and managing outreach, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • •Contribute to pipeline development and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers and the business.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer service /support, account management, or other customer-facing roles
  • •Intermediate English level
  • •Proficiency with common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
  • •Ability to provide a valid medical report or disability certificate during recruitment
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills
