Central Utility Plant Assistant Manager (Lansing, MI, US)

Oversee and direct day-to-day operation and maintenance of utility assets at the Central Utility Complex, ensuring safe, efficient, reliable, and environmentally responsible performance. Lead and manage O&M technicians and skilled trades, manage contractors, and improve operating processes. Establish and maintain predictive/preventive maintenance requirements, investigate outages and abnormalities, support budgets and cost optimization, and assist the Plant Manager with outage project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
