Accelerate RTX & DGX SoC performance for agentic use by partnering with developer ecosystem teams and OSS projects to optimize end-to-end application workflows. Collaborate with CPU, AI, and 3D-graphics domain experts and influence next-generation SoC platforms alongside system software and GPU driver/architecture teams. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers while profiling and debugging CPU/GPU performance and enabling high-performing agentic software outcomes.

•Optimize partners’ applications to deliver outstanding end-to-end performance on RTX & DGX SoCs.
•Collaborate with domain experts on computationally intensive CPU, AI, and 3D-graphics workloads.
•Partner with system software, GPU driver, architecture, and research teams to shape next-generation highest-performance SoC platforms.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and foster an inclusive, high-performing team environment.

Salary: USD 152,000 - 287,500 annually

Key Requirements

•BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years of work experience as a software developer.
•Proficiency in C/C++, Python, software design, and parallel programming techniques.
•Confirmed experience developing native software on Windows and Linux.
•Strong performance optimization skills, including profiling and debugging tools for CPU/GPU, plus fundamental CPU/GPU architecture understanding.
