Job Summary

Drive applications/solutions engineering and customer/sales support for Silvus MANET and MIMO communications technologies. Define and test new product features, perform evaluations and field trials, and integrate/troubleshoot solutions for customers via phone, online, and in person. Provide live coverage during European working hours, assist with demos and training, and help validate firmware/hardware changes. Based in Copenhagen, Denmark with up to 25% travel.

•Design and test complete solutions to solve unique technical problems.
•Define new products and features, conduct product evaluations, and run field trials for new features and accessories.
•Provide customer and sales support through troubleshooting, system integration engineering, product recommendations, and technical analysis via phone/online/in person.
•Provide live support during standard European working hours to ensure global coverage and support off-hours escalations.
•Test and harden existing features through firmware and hardware changes, and support demos, training, and RMA/loaner guidance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical field.
•Proficiency with spectrum analyzers, multimeters, signal generators, and other RF/data network test equipment.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer and internal communication.
•Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
