Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and test complete solutions to solve unique technical problems.
  • •Define new products and features, conduct product evaluations, and run field trials for new features and accessories.
  • •Provide customer and sales support through troubleshooting, system integration engineering, product recommendations, and technical analysis via phone/online/in person.
  • •Provide live support during standard European working hours to ensure global coverage and support off-hours escalations.
  • •Test and harden existing features through firmware and hardware changes, and support demos, training, and RMA/loaner guidance.
