Key Responsibilities

•Act as a consultant and solutions partner to clients and internal stakeholders on product adoption and campaign strategy.
•Build Test & Learn frameworks using TikTok measurement solutions to demonstrate full-funnel business impact.
•Drive correct implementation of Pixels, SDKs, MMPs, and TikTok Shop integrations with technical accuracy and functionality.
•Own end-to-end campaign execution checks in TikTok Ads Manager, including tracking, placements, creative QA, compliance, monitoring, and real-time optimization.
•Manage post-sale relationships and deliver education via narratives, workshops, and business reviews, while reporting insights and revenue impact through audits and dashboards.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in client services, account management, or campaign management in digital performance marketing with hands-on ads platform experience.
•Strong understanding of digital media KPIs and optimizing across awareness, consideration, and performance objectives.
•Experience managing complex portfolios for branding and performance advertisers, including multi-market coordination.
•Proficiency in campaign analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Thinkcell, dashboards) to derive actionable insights.
•Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to creatively solve problems related to campaign execution and platform performance.
