Senior Alignment and Assessment Design Specialist

Own the end-to-end creation and refinement of assessment and instructional content, ensuring items, passages, and crosswalks align to the standards students are measured against. Lead assessment development using backwards design, build CAS/frameworks and templates, manage multi-round vendor passage work, and drive review/validation cycles using field test data. Partner across curriculum, product, design, state strategy, and GTM teams as the subject-area expert, staying current on early literacy and Universal Screener design.
