Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote food safety, quality, and a safety-first culture through training and development activities in the DC.
  • •Train, cross-train, and re-train Training Ambassadors, associates, and frontline leaders using network standard methods (classroom, OJT, PIT practical training).
  • •Manage training request intake by scheduling training within the DC and coordinating training completion tracking/recording.
  • •Observe and provide feedback to Training Ambassadors and new associates to support their growth and development.
  • •Conduct DC tours for new associates and frontline leaders, and communicate or escalate issues through proper channels for resolution.
