Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customer satisfaction, collect feedback, and support services across departments.
  • •Maintain stock availability and efficient replenishment, including inventory activities and scheduled inventory.
  • •Ensure product presentation and merchandise maintenance according to visual merchandising specifications.
  • •Support retail operations including warehousing/stocking, cleaning the sales floor, and preparing products for sale.
  • •Operate the cash register and support daily business tasks and KPIs (conversion, items per basket, average basket).
