Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a multi-discipline engineering team for Water & Waste systems, providing engineering system ownership and technical support.
  • •Supervise global greenfield FAB design and construction activities in the U.S. and Asia, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • •Provide technical advice and support to resolve project planning and execution challenges; review design packages with documented feedback.
  • •Collaborate with global and regional facilities, construction, procurement, operations, manufacturing, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
  • •Support global facilities programs and sustainability initiatives, including reliability/performance improvements and integration of lessons learned and best-known methods.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Chemical and Mechanical required.
  • •Minimum 15–20 years of facilities experience with technical expertise in semiconductor mechanical, process, and water systems.
  • •Ability to build and lead teams, develop people, and drive progress toward strategic objectives.
  • •Ability to prioritize and schedule workload across multiple tasks concurrently.
  • •Ability and willingness to travel 50–60% or more to Micron network sites and FAB project locations.
