Own a mid-market territory with a value-led, full-cycle sales motion for RevenueCat’s usage-based monetization platform. Meet developers in the field through demos, relationship building, and targeted outbound to identify and win new customers. Guide prospects through discovery, evaluation, and onboarding (self-serve or custom agreements), partner with Sales Engineering and Customer Success, and use data to advise on paywalls, UA, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of mid-market prospects and customers through discovery, evaluation, and onboarding, helping them choose the right RevenueCat path without bias.
•Build relationships through field presence—traveling to conferences and regional hubs, hosting dinners/workshops, and representing RevenueCat to app builders.
•Generate outbound pipeline by researching high-potential apps not yet using RevenueCat and crafting personalized, value-first outreach.
•Provide growth advisory by helping prospects use RevenueCat data to improve paywalls, optimize user acquisition, and grow revenue.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering for technical evaluations and with Customer Success/Product/Marketing for smooth handoffs and feedback.

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling SaaS, developer tools, or infrastructure, with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets.
•Experience in a “hunter” role responsible for generating your own pipeline, including researching accounts, identifying stakeholders, and crafting outreach that gets responses.
•Willingness to travel roughly 20-30% of the time for conferences, customer meetings, and field events.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to run live demos and write persuasive async briefs.
•Comfort with technical products and the vocabulary of mobile development (SDKs, APIs, webhooks, App Store Connect).
