Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate employee conditions and respond to emergency situations, injuries, and illnesses
  • •Conduct diagnostic tests and exercises and provide case management and clinical support
  • •Communicate results with medical professionals
  • •Participate in established site-wide Emergency Response Team and site safety walks
  • •Provide injury prevention education and coaching to employees on an individual or group basis

Key Requirements

  • •First aid and CPR certification is required
  • •Demonstrated time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • •Exceptional verbal skills and ability to meet, greet, speak and positively represent
  • •Outgoing and personable, able to work independently, and possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • •Nice to Have: CPR/AED Instructor Certification; 1+ years coaching experience in fitness/promotions or nutrition; Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and EMR/SOAP data entry; Experience using Motivational Interviewing methodologies; Able to take manual blood pressure
